- SBS migration/mini-upgrade
- Posted by Oliver on July 20th, 2007
Hello,
We have an old server running Windows SBS 2003 (Release1). And we would
like to move SBS to a new server, and upgrade to SBS2003 Release 2.
What is the safest/fastest method to do this? Any links to the appropriate
documenataion would be helpful .(I’m having trouble finding the appropriate
upgrade/migration path documentation).
Are there any pitfalls I should watch for, or any suggestsions you have to
make it go smoothly?
Thanks,
Oliver

Hi Oliver,
+ How many workstations on the current LAN?
+ Is the current SBS install from OEM software?
+ Is up-time critical to your business's computer use?
Also... you might want to post this to the sbs 2003 Newsgroup:
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
