We have sharepoint companyweb setup. We are using content approval. When I
upload a file all goes as planned. The file must be approved before it is
displayed. However anybody can delete a file without any approval.

I uploaded a file wwww.doc.
File was approved by another.
I then deleted file.

How do I prevent users from deleting files with out approval????
