My colleague recently deleted the WSUS database by mistake. All our backups
were corrupted so we cant restore.Is there any way we can recover from this ?

Is shadow copy turned on? You could try a restore from there
You might want to post this in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for 2003 issues
