ESB Consultancy is pleased to announce the release of ESBCalc v6.0.0 -
our free scientific calculator for Windows which includes a Paper Trail.

http://www.esbconsult.com/esbcalc/esbcalc.htm

This release includes a number of new features including some redesign
of the underlying calculator engine:

- The '%' operator now works like: 5 + 10% = 5.5, though if you like the
old binary % you can activate it in the options (the previous
functionality was 5 %10 = 0.5)

- Some Improvements and more options for the Paper Trail, including
allowing the Operator to be on the same Line to conserve space.

- Windows Vista Support.

- Many minor improvements to the User Interface.

Thanks. I prefer Calc98's interface.

Your "apper trail" is a nice feature, though.

Unfortunately, the list of features that ESBCalc puts only in the Pro
edition (Payware, $20) includes scientific notation and conversion
between hex and decimal.

The one advantage of ESBCalc that I see is the "paper trail".
Otherwise, Calc98 (http://www.calculator.org/) is superior. And comes
in PPC versions as well.
