- Can't connect OpenVPN client behind MS ISA 2k server

Here is the schema:
|OpenVPN server|-|Linux firewall|-...-|ISA|-|OpenVPN client|
OpenVPN client runs well on box with ISA server, but it doesn't works
in LAN behind ISA server.
I tried tap/udp, tap/tcp.
Can anybody help me to configure server/client?
