- Combining Firefox Bookmarks?
- Posted by Pringles CheezUms on April 16th, 2008
I've been away from my home machine for a while (a handful of months),
and have built up quite a few bookmarks in the version of firefox I am
currently using.
How do I consolidate the two sets of bookmarks (including the bookmark
toolbars) when I get back home?
Thanks!

Try
From the browser with all the new links:
Bookmarks -> Organise bookmarks -> EXPORT -> {save it as something you'll
remember}
From the browser where you want all the new bookmarks to go:
Bookmarks -> Organise bookmarks -> import -> from file
HTH.

OR ...
"The Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer automatically synchronizes your
bookmarks between two or more computers running Firefox. It also lets you
access your bookmarks from any computer anytime via my.foxmarks.com. An
easy-to-use wizard guides you through the quick startup process. Then
Foxmarks works silently in the background to keep your bookmarks up-to-date
on all your computers.

You might try importing them into Internet Explorer after temporarily
relocating your existing favorites to another location on your hard
