- email client which will import email from mozilla mail 1.4
- Posted by walterbyrd on November 19th, 2003
To my amazement, there is no easy way to do this from thunderbird, or
mozilla mail 1.4. Can't do it from Outlook 6.0 or i.Scribe either. I
have EudoraPro 4.2, but I doubt that will work. Maybe EudoraLite 4.2?
Mozilla mail 1.4 does not use the "salt" thing.

And it came to pass that walterbyrd wrote:
Yes, it does.
BTW, all you have to do to import Mozilla messages into Eudora
is to add the "mbx" extension to the Mozilla mailbox folder and
copy it into the Eudora mail directory.
So "Inbox" becomes "Inbox.mbx". Ignore folders with extensions
- those are index files used by Mozilla.
