- Freeware password autocomplete?

I've been trying to find a freeware password manager that has an
autocomplete feature that will enter my password/username on websites,
and will also fill out longer forms. All the ones I've found so far
either require remembering some kind of key combination for each page (I
may as well remember the password), or is shareware. I looked over one
called Robo something which looked pretty good at first glance, but was
actually crippleware. The one that was closest to what I'm looking for
at Pricelessware requires the key combination mentioned above. I would
like to be able to go to a website (such as my homepage) and have the
program automatically enter my username and password. IE (which is what
I have, on XP SP2) has such an option, but it never worked like I wanted
it to. Plus, I'm using Firefox as my default browser now. Am I just
asking too much?

To fill out a username/password I use PINs v4.50. It can be master
password encrypted, and is small enough to fit on a floppy with data so
you can run it on any computer with a floppy drive. You can set it so
that it uses an ini file rather than write to registry which is ideal for
floppy use.
You record your website url into PINs, along with username/password. Then
when you visit the site just ensure the cursor is in the 1st field,
usually username, and hit the hotkey to enter name and password. The same
hotkey is used for all sites, even though your username/password is
different, so you just need to remember the one hotkey.
PINs will also generate secure passwords too. Mine are totally garbled
and I could never remember one if I tried, for example... so called

These secure sites are configured so that passwords can not be remembered by
such programs, for security reasons. There used to be an extension for the
Mozilla suite which purported to bypass this somehow, but it never worked
for me. The extension may still be available.
