ImpRunner is a free Shockwave based, pacman-type game, that can be played
online or downloaded (18MB).

Apparently they included a lot of stuff they didn't need originally. The
download is now a much more reasonable 4.4MB, and is just the executable
file. Even for 3D, I was wondering about the size. :-)
