Please help to find a right tool.

I am looking for command line tool to
join multiple tiff's to one multi page tiff file or to one pdf file.

i_view32.exe has these command line options that might be of interest:

/append=tiffile - append image as (TIF) page to "tiffile"
/multitif=(tif,files) - create multipage TIF from input files
