- New LFN aware program for plain DOS
- Posted by null@zilch.com on November 15th, 2004
DOS and legacy Windows OS lovers might get a kick out of this rather
unusual DOS program. I named it D-BROWSE.EXE and it's now available
in a ZIP package at my web site as D-BROWSE.ZIP. There is some
description there, and the README.TXT file included in the ZIP
explains more. Basically, the program is a subdirectory and files
browser which grew to include a number of additional capabilities and
features. A special boot disk creation utility is included. The use of
the special boot disk creates a suitable environment for the program,
including the loading of the DOSLFNMS.COM TSR/Driver.
