Omnilect "Free" 2 GB Email Account not free anymore
Posted by Jsp on January 30th, 2005

On 27-12-2004 18:46 a post was placed in ACF about the Omnilect free
email account, with a few positive reactions. I tried it, registered on
29-12-2004, reacting on their free offer. Did't like the constant flow
of mail, asking for donations. But the offered functionality was ok.

After logging in today (30-1-2005) I see on the bottom of my inbox-page:

"You Joined Omnilect On December 29, 2004.
You Are On Day 2 Of Your 30 Day Free Trial Of Omnilect."

Either they cannot calculate too well, or they have changed the rules
during the game.

So we can write it off as a free service. Now only Gmail remains, but
for how long?

Free so far.
it has both "regular" and "secure" pages. I've used it and like it.
