I keep trying to download it and get an error message that the downloaded
file is damaged and will be deleted and my AVG installation will not be
updated.
Tried both download sites. Will try again tomorrow.

I've been having the same problems lately so I simply went and
downloaded the program itself, uninstalled the old one and reinstalled
the new one. Then I updated and it worked fine. May be a last ditch
scenario.
