Please let me know if changes are needed. I added the WIN 95/98 version,
didn't add the version for ME since there was an overlap (Windows
95/98/ME). For "Other OS" - I've been showing "Mac OS X (or MacIntosh);
Linux; Unix" at most rather than all the variations.

General suggestion: If you get other CLI apps your way, you might want
to just peek at <http://short.stop.home.att.net/freesoft/dirutil.htm>
to see if they are listed there. Use the by name index to
find your way, then look for existing (but maybe outdated)
descriptions, not to copy - just to get an idea about what info to
include. Particularly if authors homepage is overloaded with info (and
no short description, they some times are) which could make it hard to
choose what to include if you don't know the app in question your
self. Another tip is to look in the archive for a *.diz file
