Pimmy 3.5 has a special menu to get i back (View / Restore panels). With
3.4.3 release run Pimmy, hold the SHIFT key and double click on a folder
(or mailbox); the window will be opened using original size and position.
It should work.

I'm one of the authors of Pimmy so please let me suggest you should upgrade
to Pimmy 3.5, available on our site. If you like you can also test our new
Pimmy 4.0 but please take into account that the beta test version are
time-limited and that final version is going to be a commercial product.
However, Pimmy 3.5 is free.
