Would appreciate recommendation and source of the 2 subject games. I.e. I
want simple one to put onto my computer and play. I don't want to link to
any real games played over the internet.

If you want to go to the trouble of downloading a large file, go to
the Inter Casino website http://www.intercasino.com/, install their
software and play many varieties of poker and all the other casino
games in "practice mode." Works for me.
