SCRUB, Simple Character String Replacer (Strings of Characters Replaced
throUghout Binary file) is a DOS fast replacement utility that works from a
table of rules (34,304 bytes) (See downloading and installation instructions
for standard ZIP files) Rules may be simply string-to-string
transformations, or may involve "states" when rules must be conditioned on
context. An included ASCII file, SCRUB.DOC, states the general freeware
license and explains usage.
