Software for Making Music

I need a free program that'll let me make songs out of sound loops.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Hello,

please ignore this trolls software, it's mostly crap and/or
other peoples relabled and so stolen open source programs.

Search aafuss on this group:

So far the recs are a little skimpy, so I'll add:

Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

I think it can repeat cells, but it is not explicitly loop-oriented.
It's a good multi-track recording and editing tool.

Do you mean you're creating sound bites like (for instance) Creative

Not as good as for MIDI, but perfect for wave editing-eg. LP ripping.

Hello,

you always forget to explain why you don't have an informative
website for your crap, why you think removing authors mention
from the open source you relabel, why you bundle lots of stuff
without any deeper relation (for example different tools for
identical purpose), why you don't stop annoying us...

Please provide links to this stupid reviews/features...

I maintain a blog for that
Sometimes the original code may not work on a US English system-eg.
localisation of currencies in Babya BusinessBooks.
I prefer the Apple Logic type bundle-where many are bundeled into 1
Sometimes, like with REAPER now shareware, Babya and Audacity are
alternatives

Hello,

to which you NEVER refer when you mention your crap here!

That's no excuse for removing original authors references, in
most cases you don't do any change to the source - only relabel
it to Babya.

Where a informative website comes in again: Why no webpage for
your bundles stating the content of the bundle? This would also
be the chance to explain your respect for original authors of
the tools you bundle as well, state them, link to them.

No excuse for removing references from their code and the compiled
tools, but a beginning to become grown-up. I don't see a chance
for you to earn any respect again in this group, you made too
many stupid mistakes and refused to learn for too long, but some
steps into right and fair direction would be nice nevertheless.

Also, even a bundle should have relations. Several different
tools for the same purpose don't belong to a meaningful bundle.
A bundle should only include tools that complete each other,
it's a lot more than throwing together just some tools.

Thorsten
