After installing Spybot 1.3 I get a warning dialog box that tells me I'm
missing "framedyn.dll" and that reinstalling might fix it. I've
reinstalled several times and still get the warning. The program seems
to work fine, it is just annoying to have this warning pop up every time
I start Spybot.

Any suggestions?
