System Installed DLLs and their Dependencies

There is a piece of freeware -- I think the name has Walker in it -- which
lists the DLLs installed on a system and their dependencies. Can anyone help
me?

As 'jmatt' says it's called Dependency Walker ...but don't go
deleting .dll files willy nilly without thoroughly checking first.

You can tell which dlls and processes are used by programs with Process
Explorer.
