Stella 1.4.2 - An Atari 2600 VCS emulator.

Stella is a freely distributed multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator
originally developed for Linux by Bradford W. Mott. Since its original
release several people have joined the development team to port Stella to
other operating systems such as DOS, OS/2, MacOS, Unix, and Windows 95 &
NT.

Changes:
This release updates the sound system to remove all popping and cracking
sounds. It fixes the gl_fsmax argument, and adds Alt [ and Alt ] keys to
dynamically adjust the sound volume, Control 0, Control 1, Control 2,
and Control 3 keys to dynamically change which paddle the mouse should
emulate. It also adds a video_driver argument, and makes sure the screen
is refreshed before taking a snapshot.
