Zip 2.31 - Creates PKZIP-compatible .zip files.

Zip is a compression and file packaging utility for Unix, VMS, DOS, OS/2,
Windows 9x/NT, Amiga, Atari, Macintosh, BeOS, SMS/QDOS, MVS, VM/CMS, and
others. It is analogous to a combination of the Unix commands tar(1) and
compress(1) and is compatible with PKWARE's PKZIP and Nico Mak's WinZip.

Changes:
This release is being made primarily to address a minor buffer overrun
vulnerability (CAN-2004-1010), but it also includes a new AtheOS port,
native VMS enhancements, better detection of binary files, improved
support for Visual Basic in the Win32 DLL, and bundled crypto sources.
