Where does PopPeeper store its messages offline?

and can i access them offline without opening the poppeeper program?

Options Menu - Set Options and click the storage tab where you can find
the path to the store folder. In my case it is
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\POP Peeper
I only have .emd files in there though.
