- Window$ Freeware to create a RAR?

I see plenty that decode RAR's. but so far - none that create them.

Should you use the mailblocks package and expect a response from me,
you should preauthorize the dissensoftware.com domain.
I very rarely bother responding to challenge/response systems,
especially those from irresponsible companies.

RAR is not a free format, only WinRAR can create RAR files.
