Howdy,
I run V2i Desktop, and Ghost 9 on various machines each of
which sends its image to a remote system.
On occasion (more frequently than I would wish) I get an
error that tells me (in effect) that the image could not be
written because the "file already exists." My suspicion is
that this occurs when there is some interruption in the
creation of the prior image.
When this happens, I have found no way to get the process
running again other than deleting the backup job, and then
creating a new one with a new name.
I will add that I have the same problem if I clear the
history from within Ghost or V2i and it is my understanding
that doing that deletes "everything" that had been saved on
either machine.
Is there a better way? For example, might it be possible to
delete certain files so that the image creation process
could continue in sequence?
Thanks for any help,
