Hello

I have an old Thinkpad 1300i series, and my original 6Gb Hitachi HDD just
went down! I tried a low level format, it ran for a few months, but now it's
full of bad sectors and doesn't even boot. I bought a used 20Gb Ibm
Travelstar to replace it but it is not recognized in the Bios System
configuration detection! On the Ibm site, the only available HDD are the 6Gb
and the 12Gb. Can I use others? What's the catch here? I have the latest
Bios update.
