I need to know how can I add a 1.44 Mb floppy drive to a Gateway
GX7022E PC.
I appreciate any clues.

If the mainboard has a floppy connector, then get a floppy drive
and a floppy cable. Plug them in.
If the mainboard does not have a floppy connector, then getting
an USB floppy is likely the only option.

And now the obvious next question:

Well, yes. If you want to do that, better arrange to test it
before you buy...
