You wrote "it never started again", but didn't provide much helpful
information. Is the PC dead, or maybe it can't "see" the hard disk,
or it says invalid partition, or it starts to boot windows but gives
an error message, etc...
For all anybody knows, your disk drive could be fine and you would be
throwing money away on recovery services. Maybe your registry is
mucked up.
I'd contact the software vendor for software you purchased and see
what the installer might have messed with. maybe it is unfortunate
coincidence problem happened after installing their software, or maybe
your problem is a memory chip decided to die.
more info please

David, it wasn't a question, it was an blatant advert for Stellarinfo.
No please.
