- SCSI drive sources
- Posted by Tom Del Rosso on April 20th, 2006
I need a SCSI SCA 72GB drive, but the major vendors don't have much, and the
minor vendors have a lot of refurbished drives. Do you know a source for
new ones?

Most vendors have stopped selling SCSI. Just look for those that sell servers.

Try ebay. Look under both "SCSI" and "SCA."

Froogle "73GB 80pin" then refine by merchant rating and "4 stars and up" and
you'll get about 260 hits. "73.5GB 80pin" will get you another 60 or so.
Some of the vendors list thousands of them in stock.

Thanks, but I had already tried Froogle and none of the vendors were even a
little familiar. I prefer to have a recommendation, so I went with newegg.
