Anybody know how to install Seatools Online so it runs off of a hard drive?

Prefer with Firefox, but IE, if I absolutely must.

The regular Seatools does not deal with USB drives.
It's a nuisance to have to run Seatools Online from the Seagate supplied
CD-ROM.
