- convert DVR-MS file video ???

hi! i have a big problem.... i record a movie from MCE 2005
of winXp sp2 and the file is an DVR_MS.
Now, i have big problem to convert and burning with NERO...
You know a free and very simply (i am a novice and not
an expert! ) to convert this movie in DVR_MS in a
common file video ( mpeg or VOB or others) to
simply burn in a DVD Video ?
please help me... and please say to me in simple
mode to use and convert. sorry for my bad english...

Nero 7 (Nero Vision) will happily process .dvr-ms files as they stand ... no
conversion is required

However if you need to re-author the DVR-MS to burn as a DVD with track
markers have a look at :

They extensively cover topics conserning the conversion and burning of
DVR-MS files.
