- Deleted programme - Can I retrieve it?

I have deleted an episode of a tv programme I recorded in error, and haven't
watched, is there anyway to retrieve it?

Check your recycle bin. Media Centre puts some stuff in there, maybe you'll
be lucky. Otherwise you'll have to download an undelete tool.
To increase the chances of success of such a tool, you need to attempt
undelete soon and minimise (stop really) other files being written to the
disk.
