Electronic Program Guide

We have been having trouble with the EPG for about a month.

When today we downloaded the guide the TV would not work and there was no
guide. Instead we were asked to "setup" again. We have done this several
times and given up.

Essntial info. is:

We are in CR2 9BH, have a Digital Terrestial STB (DVB-T) and have used the
guide for nearly a year.

There IS a signal from the STB, we can see it during the setup routine.

Any suggestions

Close MCE, delete (or rename) the EPG directory (Documents and
Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\eHome\EPG ) and re-run
setup.

That usually resolves these sorts of issues.

Jolly good

You know when a piece of software has a problem when the wife notices
it - well I do at least
