Hi, first up the UK Guide Issue Submission Form has stopped working for me.
Create Report does nothing at all. I am running IE7 Preview version, but it
used to work fine. I have all security settings set correctly.

Here are the actual problems:

Headend ID: 540004

All episodes of:

Lost - Channel: E4 #144
America's Next Supermodel - Channel: Living TV #110 & #111

These are *repeats* from mid-2005, however Media Center is recording them as
'new episodes' from Series set not to record Reruns.

Please check the rerun flag for all episodes of these shows. This is a
common problem so may be present on other shows also.
