Im interested in purchasing a htpc machine (dvd player sized) for my home.
normally i would just build it myslef but dont really have the time. can
anyone recommend, or even name, some manufacturers who trade in the UK? the
Sony machines are great but their current ones are lacking in some areas such
as dual tuners.

I have an Acer iDea 500 which I've been very happy with for a year or so.
They've a newer model out now, but it's broadly the same.

It's dual tuner and has a great selection of outputs (hdmi, component,
scart, etc).
