I've tried setting up my two DVB-T tuners a couple of times recently in
the hope that Sky 3 would appear but with no joy. Oddly both times I
have lost ITV1, ITV2, More4 and More4 + 1. A day or so later they
re-appear, possibly as a result of a re-boot. Very odd.

Sky3 should be there, but showing up as Sky Travel (so it has the
wrong guide data).

Sadly, that's nothing unusual!
