is ibm regatta the equivalent in terms of what they want to achieve
with hp serviceguard?

okay, my understanding of the software ones. In a nutshell,
1) Package/S will be switched around if the primary node fails.
2) things like shared disks, heartbeat, virtual ip
3) the cluster must be up and running


I am not too sure about the hardware one. Advise?
