I have a Linux 7.2 machine with kernel 2.4.9-13.i686 , kernel

source 2.4.9-13.i386 . I installed LiS-2.13.9.tgz on my machine.
my dialogic card is D/41ESC PCI slot, I tried to install the card but

if I try to start /usr/dialogic/bin/dlstart, it gives
'error locating board ID0 at address D8000'

How to check if everything"s working? What to do to properly compile
and install the dialogic
