Some comedies from Columbia/TriStar due out on April 24th. Eating Raoul,
She's Out Of Control, Tokyo Godfathers and Velocity Of Gary. The last on the
list has been confirmed as Dolby 5.1, all all apparently anamorphic
widescreen.

Ghosts Of The Abyss will be released by Buena Vista on April 27th for a
retail price of $29.95. It has Dolby 5.1 audio and anamorphic 1.78:1 video.
This is a return to the Titanic by director James Cameron, Bill Paxton and a
friend of mine archaeologist Dr. Charles Pellegrino. This features the
history and current investigation of the Titanic.

Universal has Love Actually set for April 27th in both P&S and anamorphic
video both with Dolby 5.1. The announced extras include; Feature Commentary
by Director Richard Curtis and Actors Hugh Grant, Billy Nighy and Thomas
Sangster; Deleted Scenes with Introductions by the Director; The Music of
Love Actually with Introductions by the Director; Music Video - Kelly
Clarkson's "The Trouble With Love Is."

Warner Brother has something for 'B' horror flick fans. Dracula Has Risen
From The Grave, Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed and Taste The Blood Of
Dracula will be available for $19.97 or you ca get the Hammer Horror
Collection for $68.92 which has the above plus Curse Of Frankenstein, Horror
Of Dracula and The Mummy.

BBC Home Video has ready for release on June 1st Doctor Who: The Two Doctors
and Doctor Who: The Curse Of Fenric. Each lists for $34.98.

HBO has Sex And The City Season 6 Part 1 due out on May 18th for a retail
price of $49.98. It's listed as Dolby 5.1 and full screen. The announced
extras include Audio Commentary w/ Executive Producer Michael Patrick King;
Museum of TV and Radio Seminar featuring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall,
Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Michael Patrick King.

Criterion/Voyager will release the Robert Altman film, 3 Women on April
20th. The initial announcement looks like mono audio and anamorphic video
listing for $39.95. The extras include Audio Commentary By Director Robert
Altman, Stills Gallery of Rare Production and Publicity Photo and Original
Theatrical Trailer.

Ukigusa (Stories Of Floating Weeds) will be given the Criterion treatment on
April 20th. This $39.95 two set features Audio Commentary By Japanese-Film
Historian Donald Richie
New Score Composed by Donald Sosin on disc one and for disc two Audio
Commentary By Film Critic Roger Ebert, Stories Of Floating Weeds, an Essay
By Donald Richie About the Differences In Ozu's Two Versions Of the film.
Both the original, silent 1934 and 1959 color remake are included.

Home Vision has announced Kristin Lavransdatter for release on April 6th.
Following on April 27th they have All Things Fair, Twist And Shout/Zappa,
The Householder and Shakespeare Wallah.
