Hi, I was previously displaying my computer destop on the TV via S-
Video.
Now it's PC VGA-Out>Converter>RGB-out>Scart>RGB-TV, using a Grandtec
Grand Hand View III VGA to TV converter.
The picture quality is much improved but there is a problem. Yesterday
when I played an AVI file in Media Player Classic, the MPC window
showed the video on the PC desktop but the Cloned MPC window on the TV
remained blank.
In Media Player Classic I went to
View>Options>Playback>Output>DirectShow Video.
Here I tried changing from "System default" -To - "VMR9 (windowed)"
and the video then showed on both the PC and TV (fluke?).
Then I tried setting up a USB DVB-T on the PC with TotalMedia3 running
on top. I found all the expected channels and they played fine on the
PC. The TotalMedia3 container window showed up fine on the TV but the
inner TV display area remained blank.
There doesn't seem to be the same options to change the DirectShow
Video Output in TotalMedia3 as there are in MPC. Please can anyone
tell me how I can get the picture to show up on the TV?
