- Slow shutter speed camcorder recommendations
- Posted by Junkmetal on September 18th, 2004
I often need to copy old movies projected on a screen. I used to have
a Sony Hi 8 camcorder (don't remember the model number) which ran at a
slow shutter speed which would diminish the flicker on the video
image. Unfortunately this camera got destroyed in a fire.
Can anyone recommend a new mini DV camcorder ($400 - 1000) that will
do this.
Anyone have any recommendations of used models which will do this,
either mini DV or Hi 8. If it was a really good DV camera I would
shell out for a pretty good model. Otherwise I'm looking for a cheap
deal on a used camera.
Thanks,
