- Deleting or renaming system file (Windows98SE)
- Posted by Mr Gigi on August 29th, 2007
Specifically, how can I delete or rename a system dll file on a
Windows 98SE computer. McAfee seems to have given up on anything less
than Windows3000, which I trust will be abandoned too in the near
future. The file shows up on Windows Explorer and Directory Opus with
a system mark in "Properties". Also in red on one of them. But the
system mark is in gray and can't be changed.
