- New Company laptop/same Symantec Firewall & Symantec AV but Outllok Express blocked

New Laptop/same XP Firewall & Symantec 7.1.3.1039 as old IBM laptop
Any quick clues valued, as I have O/Express and Magic Mail Monitor as
permitted programmes to access Internet in Sym Firewall settings, but
on my new laptop they are both blocked.
Must be the Symantec Firewall, as soon as I disable they both work.
Symantec support pages not helpful.
