And it was NOT directed at you !
Because you choose the sh!tty Google web front end to UseNet you can't tell who you are
replying to.
Time to stop using Google and start using a News Client in conjunction with a News Server.

Yea. My oversite.
Actually, google told me, I just didn't pay attention. Side effect of
web browsing usenet.
Well, do you know of any good free newsservers? I can't justify getting
an account on supernews to engage in usenet flaming. My searches for
decent free ones that don't have high latancy have resulted in failure.
But if you know of a decent free one that allows posting, I'd be happy
to use NewsXpress instead of this google shiat.
And I extend a full apologies to the person I attacked in response, my
own fault, I should have paid closer attention to the message headers.
Oh, I owe you one too Kadawhatever, I had you pegged for another of
your friends, trolls, whatever that is posting with outlook express.
So thats 2 more apologies "Sorry" you can come at me with.

Dustin Cook

Google's great! I hate *them* (control freaks) but love their
commitment to the archive project. Yeah there are interface
problems but they can be overcome, and I'm sure Google research
are advancing the comm technology too. I'm sticking with Google.

Agh. I have a really bad free USENET service available from my ISP so
I chose to pay for mine. I got it from Forte inc.
The monthly plan includes...
5 Gigabytes @ $2.95
I have nothing but good to say about the service. It just works for
the price of 1 beer a month.

I drink with the best of them. There is no disputing this. I think one
beer less will add a few more minutes to my life. This can only be a
good thing. And I can't think of anything better to do then to read

Beer is ur friend!

Dustin,
I get Usenet through my ISP. A couple of links that may be of interest
to you:
Some good reviews/tests. I hear that many of the News Servers lie about
being able to post.
BTW, there was a thread in this NG a few months ago about kill-filing
people who use Google to post to Usenet. I am beginning to see why.
