Does anybody have any thoughts on programs like Script Sentry?

Is a program like this necessary if we use a solid AV program like
KAV/F-Prot?

is pretty good and my preference to scriptsentry , but be aware that if
you use either and uninstall them without first disabling them first and
"reversing" what they are blocking etc , you can cause all sorts of
problems when trying to view legetimate documents etc.
