In our Win2K server accessing Control Panel via Start -->
Settings --> Control Panel causes the desktop to
completely blank out. Started applications keep running
but I cannot access those at all.
Server behaves fine when I access Control Panel using the
shortcut created on the desktop.
Only option I can think of is reinstalling OS, which I
want to avoid if possible.
