I can't open application log of W2K server's event viewer--It went blink and event viewer's window closed after I double click it. Help if you know why--many thanks.

Hi Li-Hsin,
Can you open the system log? If you can, it appears that the application
log may be corrupt. You can try opening a CMD prompt and go to
\winnt\system32\config and rename the appevent.evt file and then attempt to
open the application log.
