My Dell Optiplex GX150 powered off after a power outage. I
am using Windows 200 proffesional. Now the PC boots up
really slow. It seems to get stuck on message: 'applying
security policy' for at least 10 minutes. After logging on
afterwards, the pc is extremely slow. What does this
message mean? How does it affect the bootup process?
