Browser will not connect to modem
Posted by heidee on February 12th, 2004

First I can get to my isp by dial-up but when I open any browser or my
eudora mail it will not connect to the connection. This occured after I
(stupidly) deleted all network connections when trying to disconnect a
network. I think I reinstalled all but cannot access the internet.

If you have not already tried this, I suggest you re-install your internet settings by running your ISP's CD-ROM again. This should retore any network connections which are missing or have wrong settings.

My isp even is lost we checked all settings and they are correct. The
problem is not with the isp because I can dial up by going directly to
the isp. Could it have something to do with a host client relationship?
If so how do I remove the network completely?
