- Can IIS and RAS coexist peacfully?
- Posted by Steve Gould on February 24th, 2004
I currently have two modems in one of my DC's set up for RRAS inbound
dialing. It is causing problems with the server and the network. I only have
one member server that I would consider moving the modems and RAS service
to.
Would there be any issue with combining RRAS on our IIS server (Win 2K and
IIS 5)? It is used for Intranet/Extranet access to OWA and some departmental
info pages. It also houses a Cumulus image database. Does anyone think RAS
would
harm this server?
